How an Aventa project runs

Discovery, design, development, testing and support. You see the work at each stage and you know what is in the agreement.

Five stages, with something to review at each one

A project starts with the business problem. It ends when the agreed release is in your hands and any support window is written down. The stages overlap in real life. They are still worth naming so nobody confuses a design discussion with a launch.

Discovery and planning

Users, current tools, risks and the first release. You receive a short scope, not a novel.

Design and architecture

Screens, data and integrations. You can click or read them before the full build.

Development

Working slices. Questions are written down with the decision.

Testing and launch

Forms, phones, roles, redirects and the handover note.

Support and optimization

Only what the agreement includes: fixes, small improvements, or a later phase.

Communication

You will have a named point of contact and a place where decisions are recorded. We can work on site in Jaipur when that helps, and remotely for Bikaner, the rest of Rajasthan and international clients. Response expectations belong in the agreement rather than in a slogan.

Start at discovery

You do not need a specification. You need a description of the work and the constraint that matters most, such as a date, a legacy system or a language.
