AI inside products and operations
Product features and internal tools that use retrieval, drafts and human approval, with a way to see when the model is wrong.
A feature, not a demo
Putting a chat box on a product is easy to announce and hard to trust. Aventa designs AI features that do a named job: answer from your documents, draft a record, or classify an incoming request. The interface shows the suggestion as a suggestion.
The service detail lives on AI agents and automation. This page is for founders and product owners deciding whether the feature belongs in the product at all.
Design rules we hold
Show the source
If the answer comes from a document, link it.
Separate draft from action
Saving, sending and charging are explicit buttons.
Expect mistakes
Give the user an edit and a reject path. Log both.
Limit the data
The feature sees the tenant's records, not every tenant's records.
Prefer a rule when a rule will do
A status change with a known condition should not call a model.
Talk through one feature
Tell us the user, the document or record involved, and the cost of a wrong answer. We will recommend an agent, a simpler automation, or no model. Background reading: human review.
