Business requirements before technology

We ask what the user must finish, which system already holds the data, and what must not change. The stack follows that answer. WordPress is a reasonable choice for a content site. A custom application is a reasonable choice when the business rules are the product.

Maintainable applications

Naming, roles and content fields are documented so a later change does not require guessing. Your team should be able to edit public copy without a deployment.

Can you improve an existing website or application?

Yes. We start by separating what should stay, including content and URLs, from what is actually failing. A redesign or a modernisation is recommended only when patching costs more than it saves.

Can our team edit the site after launch?

Public pages are set up so your team can change services, images and articles without a code release. The handover explains who can publish. Application data is a separate permission from marketing copy.

Do you work with businesses outside Jaipur?

Yes. Jaipur is the base. Bikaner, other Rajasthan cities and international clients, including the United States, are served remotely unless a visit is agreed. There is no US office.

How do we begin?

Send a note through Start a project or email info@aventatechnologies.com. Describe the user, the task and the system you use today. The first reply is a suggested next step, not an invoice.

Which technology will you use?

The one that fits the editing model and the business rules. Content sites are often WordPress or a structured CMS. Applications are often Laravel, Node or a similar server-side stack, with a web or mobile interface. We record the choice in the scope so you are not surprised later.

When is a website redesign worth it?

When visitors cannot complete the main task on a phone, editors cannot publish, or the structure no longer matches the services you sell. A visual refresh alone is a smaller job. Keep the URLs that already bring demand.

Will an AI agent act on its own?

Not in the way we design them. The agent can draft a reply, a booking or a CRM note. Sending, charging or changing a customer record waits for a person, unless you later accept a narrower rule in writing. Models make mistakes. The review is how you catch them.

Do you build Android and iOS apps?

Yes, including Flutter or React Native when one codebase should serve both, and a single platform when that is all you need. A mobile website is recommended instead when the task is occasional and desktop-friendly. See mobile development.

How will we communicate during the project?

A named contact, scheduled reviews and a written record of decisions. Jaipur meetings can be arranged. Other cities are usually calls. The overlap with US hours is agreed rather than assumed.

What does maintenance include?

Only what is written in the support arrangement: for example fixes, small content help, or dependency updates. It is not an unlimited change budget. Hosting and domain renewals stay in your accounts unless we agree to operate them.

Can a team outside India work with you?

Yes. International projects use the same milestones, with documentation and a meeting rhythm that respects the timezone. Read the US page for the expectations we set. We do not claim a local office abroad.

What does a project cost to maintain?

It depends on hosting, how often the software changes, and whether you want a retained response time. We will separate build cost from running cost in the proposal. This website does not publish a rate card, because the range without a workflow is misleading.
